RYD embarks on a transformative journey, building upon the success of its 2019 award-winning design that triumphed in an international competition. This phase represents a meticulous evolution, orchestrating an extensive redevelopment process to lay the foundation for construction.

At its core, this project stands as a beacon of innovation, challenging and reshaping conventional commercial architecture. The integration of eight private hospitals and a pharmacy marks a groundbreaking shift in its intrinsic value. The intricacies of spatial arrangement became a central focus, demanding a delicate balance to honor the unique boundaries of each hospital while achieving unparalleled building energy efficiency.

The resulting structure serves as a testament to the ongoing exploration of linear architectural design, paired with a profound consideration for the environmental footprint of construction materials. Noteworthy features, including exposed concrete patterns and low-energy glass, seamlessly intertwine with sustainability and thoughtful design principles, elevating the project to a pinnacle of contemporary excellence.
